I have plot, thanks to talking with my beta!

I also have 1000+ words!

Both of these are good.

The bad, however, is that I still haven't gotten to the central conflict yet and I am sick and tired of writing. Siiiiiick and tiiiired. Why isn't my story miraculously finishing itself?

I do not even remember how I found them -- I only just fell into this fandom in July, and the obsession (and mad search for fic) grew very, very quickly, so it could have been from rec lists or following some twisty trail of poking through someone else's favorites. But 585 and 10K in particular are my great weaknesses and at some point in all the fic-mainlining I know I saw those before, and squeed mightily. And somehow never realized they were by you! (Do you also have them up on the Pit or one of the archive sites like EFTW? Or was I just being particularly dim the last time I browsed on through and failed to make the connection?)
