I have been desperately looking for good femslash online, either fic or vids, original or fanwork. So far, I know about [livejournal.com profile] bb_shousetsu's summer specials, the femslash vid show for VVC 2007, and a few random pieces of fic.

So, what are your favorite femslash fic or vids?

Are you interested in any particular fandoms? I know I've got a few f/f recs buried on my recs page, but if I'm going to dig for them, I'd rather start close to what interests you. It also may end up waiting until after I've finished the fic that's due the first of September because that fic's a lot less far along than it ought to be. (Then again, an excuse to procrastinate is generally welcome...)

Right now, about anything?

Though familiar fandoms are more welcome ^_^. Buffy, XMM, X-Men, Firefly, Angel, Dead Like Me and Heroes are the live shows I can think of off the top of my head. Manga/anime wise: Princess Tutu, xxxHolic, Tsubasa, X, Angel Sanctuary, Tramps Like Us, Saiyuki, Naruto, Bleach, almost anything else I've ever read ;).

Some of these are on the borderline between gen and slash, and some are about unrequited feelings. The explicitness varies as does the mood. I don't remember a lot about some of these stories, but I liked them enough to rec them right after I read them originally. I have blurbs about them on my website, but I'm not reproducing those here to save myself some time. I'm also mostly not listing pairings unless I'm absolutely certain that I remember them correctly (that comes of my not recording them as I tracked down the links).

Nothing Important Happened Today (or "Today We Saw Rocks") by Medie (Babylon 5/SG-1crossover) Susan Ivanova/Samantha Carter

The Past Is Another Country by Fewthistle (Babylon 5) Susan Ivanova/Talia Winters

Fell in Love with a Girl by Svendra (Stargate: Atlantis)

Forgetting by troyswann (Stargate: Atlantis)

Rubicon by Lady J (Stargate: Atlantis)

If Through My Cracked and Dusty Dime Store Lips by present_pathos (Archie) Betty/Veronica There were other f/f Archie stories (well at least one) in Yuletide this year, but I only bookmarked one.

The Handmaid's Veil by Alexandra Lynch (Arthurian)

I may be able to dig up a few more. There were at least three stories that had broken links. I'll see if I can track those down. I suspect that some of the Angel Sanctuary stories I've rec'd are f/f, but I don't know the canon, so I'm not sure who's male and who's female off the top of my head. They're all from Yuletide, though, so they're easy enough to find.

Players by Isis (Harry Potter) Millicent/Luna

You ROCK! Thank you so much for all these recs!

I suspect that some of the Angel Sanctuary stories I've rec'd are f/f, but I don't know the canon, so I'm not sure who's male and who's female off the top of my head.

I laughed and laughed at this, because I've read it twice, and sometimes, I still can't tell who's male and who's female off the top of my head either!

It's a grab bag of fandoms, and not especially well-organized (the links are a constantly evolving work-in-progress), but I have a lot of femslash stories linked at my del.icio.us account: http://del.icio.us/anenko/femslash.

My recs (http://thelastgoodname.livejournal.com/tag/recs:f/f); the f/f are combined with other recs in the posts, but this is the f/f recs tag.

Videos at Passion and Perfection, page 1 (http://www.ralst.com/MultiMedia.html), 2 (http://www.ralst.com/MultiMedia2.html), 3 (http://www.ralst.com/MultiMedia3.html).

Two other people with great f/f recs are [livejournal.com profile] leavethesky and [livejournal.com profile] ein_myria.

I've forgotten where I put most of my fanfic links, but I know original stuff! Maka-Maka, Love Vibes, Double House, and anything ever by Yamaji Ebine are yuri, not femslash, but OMG SO MUCH LOVE. (See pretty Maka-Maka icons!) Maria-sama ga Miteru will either bore you silly or insidiously addict you.

Yay yuri! I just read Maka-Maka and it's really cute! I love how they actually laugh during sex.

I love the sex in Maka-Maka so much! It's got some over-the-top pornification but it's always really sweet and affectionate and fun as well as sexy. And I love how the series in the midst of its PWP smut still manages to put the focus on Jun and Nene as women and their friendship/relationship, and how they support each other personally and professionally. And I love it when they rub noses! or talk about art, or make fun of each other! I am a sap!

I read somewhere Maka-Maka was originally serialized in like the Japanese version of Playboy or Penthouse, and I'm like, dear Patriarchy, please produce more erotica COOL LIKE THIS, sincerely, Kawy.

P.S. while you're at it, Patriarchy, please produce a sequel to Maka-Maka, because it was way too short for me, WAH, and maybe Nene and Jun can move in together and adopt a cat. ♥,K.
